Everyone must have heard of the very famous saying, “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy and wise”. This saying actually explains all the importance of getting up early in the morning. The first main advantage of waking up early is the better health because even science has proved this that a person who wakes up early in the morning would be having a strong and more fresh mind than others.

It is also a fact that a person who rises up early in the morning can plan the whole according to his own needs which makes him feel better. Also, a person who wakes up early is more closer to the nature and when he walks in the morning and listen the chirping of the birds, his mind gets more active and fresh due to which he  experiences the relax and comfort day ahead.

Some people have the problem of asthma especially in summers when the weather is dry, so in that case, waking up early and have a morning walk in the fresh air gives them a soothing effect and also increases their energy level far more than the person who does not wake up early in the morning. In fact, the person who gets up early can dress up as he wants as he does not have any kind of stress on his mind as well. So, he feels free to do anything, whatever he likes. You can have the breakfast and a little chit chat with your family as you will be having ample time to spend in the morning.

Early rising in the morning also affects your mood a lot. A person is tension free and has nothing in his mind at that time so it also increases his working capacity for the day ahead. For students, the morning time is the best period for studying as you can learn more efficiently because of your fresh brain. Those who rise early know how to manage time and they give more importance to time because they want their dreams come true as soon as possible!
