Save to Google Drive – Google Extension

Save-to-Google-Drive-Google-Extension

Google has launched a new extension, soberly called Save to Google. It will allow you to put aside content.

The favorite browsers have taken quite a blow of old in recent years. They must now face competition from increasingly harsh and the arrival platform like Pocket and Instapaper prompted many users to turn away.

Google, meanwhile, has tried to hand them to the tastes of the day with his service bookmarking Stars but it failed to win in the market and it fell into disuse somewhat since last year .

Save to Google, for any backup to Google …

The search giant does not stop there and has just launched a new expansion for its browser home, and thus Chrome.

Save to Google to its name and this tool will simply give you the possibility of any page aside to find her later.

After installing it on your browser, a new icon will appear in the toolbar. Simply click on it to send the playing page on the service.

The extension simply open a small window to allow you to choose the associated illustration. It will also offer you the opportunity to associate the keywords of your choice.

All these pages will be stored on a service available at google.com/save. The interface is both highly refined and very visual. It resembles also much that proposed Stars and the service will be content and display saved pages as thumbnails.

You will obviously edit them or delete them, but also affect their keywords. To sort, simply select the tag of your choice.

Save to Google works pretty well, it’s true, but it is far less complete than a Pocket and can therefore wonder if he really win on the sector.
